Summary:

The Pre-Sales Technical person is responsible for providing technical solutions to new & existing corporate customers on Hosted Desktops, DaaS, Cloud strategies and Enterprise Mobility Management solutions.

The candidate must have strong technical proposal writing and presentation skills to respond to RFPs, create technical content, build power point presentation, innovative in his approach. Should have international proposal writing experience

Domain Digital Workspace (VDI/DaaS/UEM/Cloud)
Key skills presales, solution design, proposal, bid mgmt., RFP
Tools – Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint, CRM

• Oversee the customer facing documents (e.g., proposal development) lifecycle from initiation to submission
  • Experience in handling solutions and worked in deals identifying the key win strategies or themes for the bid, culling out the key differentiators
  • Good understanding of sales and solution cycle
  • Good team collaboration skills for bid management
  • Working knowledge of Desktop Virtualization using various technologies from vendors like Citrix, VMWare, Microsoft, Linux and ASG.
  • WAN technologies (routing, switching and general network infrastructure) including technologies associated with the cloud market.
  • Data Centre services, OS- Windows and Linux based server systems, network storagesystems, SAN, hyper converged architecture
  • IMS Services and ITIL framework
  • Cloud technologies and trends
  • Good skills to analyze the client aspects needed for the solution
  • Track proposal/bid performance metrics and gather feedback for continuous improvement
  • Responsible for working with BD team with building strategies for potential client wins
  • Good analytical and research skills for creating Industry, competitor, and client insights
