We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to connect with firms and expand placement opportunities for our talented students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify Placement Opportunities: Research and identify companies hiring for tech stacks like Full-stack, React, Node, and other related technologies.
- Build Strong Relationships: Establish and maintain partnerships with HR managers and recruiters at various firms.
- Understand Hiring Needs: Communicate with hiring firms to gather detailed requirements and preferences for candidates.
- Collaborate with HR Coordinator: Pass qualified leads and job openings to the HR Coordinator to match students with the right placement opportunities.
- Expand Employer Network: Continuously grow our network of companies for potential placement of students.
- Market Insights: Stay updated with industry trends to align student training programs with the latest market needs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the education or tech industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Familiarity with technical recruitment and the latest technology trends (Full-stack, React, Node, etc.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
