Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive with a strong background in HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafes) sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have more than 5 years of experience in the sales industry, specifically within the HORECA sector. The role involves driving sales, building strong relationships with key clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market presence and drive revenue growth within the HORECA sector (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafes).
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients in the HORECA industry, including identifying new business opportunities.
• Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by acquiring new customers and expanding the current customer base.
• Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for business expansion.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain deep knowledge of company products and services to effectively present and sell to HORECA customers.
• Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close sales deals with clients to meet revenue and profitability targets.
• Customer Support: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional post-sale service and support.
• Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, including pipeline updates, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and customer satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (B.COM/BBA) or MBA with a focus on Sales & Marketing.
• 5+ years of experience in HORECA sales or a similar field.
• Strong knowledge of the HORECA industry, customer needs, and sales techniques.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
