Job Role:-

Antara Senior Care is seeking an experienced and dynamic Demand and Supply Manager to manage the entire supply chain for medical equipment and healthcare products across both online and offline channels. This role requires expertise in warehouse management, supply chain optimization, and market trend analysis in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will ensure that product supply aligns with customer demand while staying ahead of market trends and competitor activities.

1. Demand Forecasting & Planning: a. Analyze customer demand patterns for medical equipment and healthcare products across both online and offline channels. b. Utilize market data and trend analysis to forecast future product needs and align supply strategies accordingly. c. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to anticipate shifts in demand based on promotions, campaigns, or seasonal variations.

2. Supply Chain & Inventory Management: a. Manage multiple warehouses to ensure optimal inventory levels, efficient stock rotation, and minimize wastage. b. Implement modern supply chain strategies and technologies to improve warehouse efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline operations. c. Ensure timely replenishment of stock, preventing any product shortages while avoiding overstock situations.

3. Trend and Market Research: a. Conduct comprehensive research on current market trends, new product developments, and competitor activities in the healthcare industry. b. Stay updated on technological advancements in healthcare equipment and supplies to guide product selection and stocking decisions.

4,Supplier and Vendor Management: a. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the consistent availability of quality products at competitive prices. b. Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to secure the best possible pricing and service levels.

5.Competitor Analysis: a. Regularly analyze competitor activities and offerings to adjust pricing, product assortment, and promotional strategies. b. Propose new products or categories based on gaps identified in the market and customer demand.

6. Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: a. Work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align supply strategies with business goals. b. Coordinate with the product development team to introduce new medical equipment and healthcare products that meet customer needs.

7. Reporting and Analytics: a. Generate regular reports on inventory levels, warehouse performance, sales trends, and market insights. b. Use data analytics tools to predict future demand and adjust procurement plans accordingly.

Qualification:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics or any
• Experience: 8+ years of experience in demand and supply chain management, preferably within the healthcare or medical equipment industry.
• Proven track record in warehouse operations management, inventory control, and logistics coordination. o Expertise in demand forecasting, competitor analysis, and market trend research. Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and data analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of supply chain best practices and industry standards in healthcare. • Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to use data-driven insights to make strategic decisions.
• Trend Awareness: In-depth knowledge of the latest trends in the healthcare sector, including technological advancements in medical equipment.
