Job Title: Procurement Manager Civil Construction for Pan India small Healthcare projects
Location: Gurgaon, Antara Senior Care (Max Group Company)
Experience Required: 8-12 years in Civil Construction Procurement for Retro-fit small projects

Note You will be responsible to manage Pan India Civil Procurement for New constructions for retail stores, small hospitals (Transition Centres), Senior Care Homes (Mostly 80-100 rooms properties).

Job Summary:

Antara Senior Care is seeking a skilled and strategic Procurement Manager specializing in civil construction procurement for retrofit and new construction projects. This role will manage procurement for various projects, including healthcare centers, patient transition centers, and senior care homes with a capacity of 80-100 rooms. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in procurement for small-scale construction projects such as clinics, small hospitals, retail stores, and has established a strong vendor network across India, particularly in Delhi/NCR, Bangalore, Chennai, and Hyderabad. The role demands strong negotiation skills, vendor management, and contract management expertise to ensure cost-effective, timely, and quality-driven procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Procurement Management: Handle procurement for retrofit and new construction projects, covering materials and services for healthcare centers, patient transition centers, and senior care homes.
• Vendor Management: Develop and maintain a network of reliable civil vendors across key regions (Delhi/NCR, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, etc.) to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials and services.
• Contract and Negotiation Management: Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure cost-effective contracts while ensuring adherence to quality standards. Manage contract execution, renewals, and compliance with project timelines.
• Budgeting and Cost Optimization: Oversee project budgets, control procurement costs, and identify opportunities for cost-saving while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
• Market and Vendor Analysis: Conduct regular market analysis to identify the best sourcing options, assess supplier capabilities, and stay updated with market trends and pricing.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with project teams, architects, engineers, and contractors to understand project requirements, timelines, and specifications.
• Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all procurement processes, contracts, and transactions are accurately documented, following Antaras procurement policies and regulatory standards.
• Project Management: Manage procurement timelines to align with project schedules, ensuring materials are delivered on time and in line with project needs.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor and assess the quality of materials and services supplied, resolving any issues with vendors to maintain high standards.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: 8-12 years in civil construction procurement, specifically for retrofit projects or small to mid-sized construction such as clinics, small hospitals, and retail outlets.
• Strong Pan-India vendor network, particularly in Delhi/NCR, Bangalore, Chennai, and Hyderabad.
