Responsibilities -

• Work as IBP support lead
• Manage the incident SLAs & work on change requests
• Hands on experience on IBP Demand/Supply module
• Manage team of 5-6 people

Experience.

The role would desire:

• Atleast 3 implementation or Support project experience on IBP Demand/Supply Module
• Strong problem solving and teamwork with ability to work in minimal supervision.
• Strong Written and verbal communication skills.
• 5-6 Years experience on IBP Demand/Supply
• Prepare status reports & manage client interactions
