- My client is a leading full-service law firm with a distinguished reputation in transactional, advisory, and dispute resolution matters.

- The firm seeks an accomplished Real Estate Partner to strengthen its growing real estate practice.

Role & Responsibilities:

- The Real Estate Partner will be responsible for leading and expanding the firm's real estate practice.

- This includes handling complex transactions, conducting due diligence, advising on financing structures, leasing arrangements, and real estate development matters.

- The role requires providing strategic counsel on regulatory compliance, land acquisitions, joint ventures, and commercial leasing transactions.

- In addition to managing high-profile client relationships, the Partner will oversee a team of associates, collaborate with other practice groups, and drive business development initiatives.

- Note: A key expectation is to enhance the firm's presence in the real estate sector by leveraging an existing client network and bringing a strong book of business. (1.5x of their current cost/1.5 Cr or more)

Key Requirements:

- Minimum of 12 years of experience in real estate law, gained at a reputed law firm or in-house legal team.

- Expertise in real estate transactions, structured financing, land laws, RERA compliance, and regulatory advisory.

- A proven track record of client development and business origination.

- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring legal teams.

- Exceptional negotiation, drafting, and communication abilities.
