Partner - Banking & Finance Team - Law Firm (13-20 yrs)

A contemporary law firm is seeking a highly accomplished Partner to join their Banking & Finance team. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of excellence in the field, an extensive client base, and the ability to lead and grow a dynamic practice.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide strategic legal advice on domestic and cross-border transactions, including corporate finance, project finance, structured finance, and syndicated lending.

2. Oversee the drafting, negotiation, and execution of complex financing agreements.

3. Represent lenders, borrowers, and sponsors in high-value transactions across various industries.

4. Ensure compliance with banking regulations, securities laws, and other relevant legal frameworks.

5. Develop and execute strategies to expand the firm's Banking & Finance practice.

6. Mentor and lead a team of associates, ensuring the delivery of high-quality legal services.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. A well-established client portfolio with a demonstrated ability to generate revenue.

2. Extensive experience in handling end-to-end financing deals, including regulatory advisory.

3. Exceptional leadership, business development, and team management skills.

4. Deep understanding of the banking and financial services landscape.
