Deputy General Manager - Finance & Accounts (6-8 yrs)

We're hiring for the position of Deputy General Manager- F&A for Delhi location

Education/Qualification: (6 - 8) years of post-CA completion experience, with exposure of working in org with manufacturing/ plant set up.

Desired Skill Set:

1) Strong expertise in raising debt, private equity, and FP&A.

2) Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.

3) In-depth knowledge of banking systems and processes.

Job Summary:

Banking: Raise term loans, working capital loans:

1) Raise Private equity funds

2) Hedging of foreign exchange transactions

3) Manage and oversee banking relationships, including cash management, account maintenance, and transactional activities.

4) Optimize the organization's capital structure and ensure efficient utilization of funds.

5) Negotiate terms and conditions for banking products such as loans, credit facilities, and treasury services.

6) Ensure compliance with all regulatory and operational banking requirements.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

1) Develop and manage financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic decision making.

2) Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

3) Prepare variance analyses comparing actual performance to budget and forecast.

4) Create dashboards and reports to present financial results to senior management
