Associate - Corporate/M&A/Banking & Infrastructure - Law Firm (2-4 yrs)

A leading corporate law team in Delhi is looking to hire an Associate (2-4 years PQE) to work on M&A, private equity, banking & finance, energy, infrastructure, and general corporate matters. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in high-value transactions and work with industry-leading clients across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advising on M&A, joint ventures, private equity, and investment transactions across diverse industries.

- Drafting and negotiating shareholder agreements, investment agreements, financing documents, and corporate restructuring documents.

- Providing regulatory and strategic advisory for large-scale projects in energy, infrastructure, telecom, real estate, and financial services.

- Assisting in corporate governance, compliance, and policy advisory for multinational corporations and financial institutions.

- Advising on banking & finance transactions, including structuring credit facilities, security arrangements, and project financing.

- Supporting clients in bidding for government contracts and compliance with regulatory frameworks, including anti-corruption and ethical standards.

Ideal Candidate:

- 2-4 years of post-qualification experience at a reputed law firm in corporate law, M&A, private equity, banking & finance, or infrastructure transactions.

- Strong experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial contracts.

- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in financial services, energy, real estate, and capital markets.

- Ability to handle cross-border transactions and multi-jurisdictional advisory.

- Excellent communication, research, and analytical skills.
