Technical Lead - Embedded System (5-7 yrs)

Job Description :

Qualifications :

- Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics/Computer Science.

- M.Tech Electronics (Good to have).

Experience : 5-7 years experience in Automotive SW development & Testing.

Skills and competencies :

- Development/testing experience on different Microcontroller, SOC, Embedded C,C++,OS based projects.

- Should have good experience/understanding on System Boot up & execution of embedded products.

- Strong Debugging experience/exposure in multi tasks applications.

- Good Knowledge of Vector HW/CANoe/CANalysers/CAPL tools etc.

- Knowledge and experience with automotive communication protocols such as CAN, UDS ,I2C, SPI, CAN, USB.

- Should have basic understanding of BT, WI-FI ,Audio/Video, HMI, Touch and different other embedded peripeherals.

- Experience with different project tools GIT, issue tracking tools- JIRA,DOOR, GERRIT, Confluence, Alm, Integrity, SVN etc.

- Should have good exposure of work on embedded debuggers.

- Should have Sound knowledge & exposure to SDLC and its various stages.

- Must be a good team player and act as per the project needs.

- Good Presentation and documentation skills.

- Skills of collaborating closely with cross-functional team member.

- Business level of English.

Nice to have :

- Working exposure in a Scrum team within an Agile framework

- Experience with Cross Functional team & Customer Interaction.

- Experience of handling & Interaction with Program/Production/Quality team

Responsibilities :

- Development/Maintenance/Issues handling of existing products.

- Day to Day basis discussion & interaction with Module leads/ Production, Quality teams/ Customer on reported issues.

- Will be responsible to lead & drive root cause analysis of reported issues and taking it to closure.

- Should be able to perform reviews of different activities.

- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems

- Deploy programs and evaluate user & Customer feedback.
