Corporate Lawyer - LLB (4-8 yrs)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Lawyer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 4-8 years of experience in the job market context of India. The Corporate Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to clients on various corporate matters, including but not limited to mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will have excellent legal skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on various corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance

- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other legal documents

- Conduct legal research and analysis of laws, regulations, and case precedents

- Represent clients in negotiations and other legal proceedings

- Collaborate with other legal professionals and internal stakeholders to provide legal support to the organization

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in law from a recognized university

- At least 4-8 years of experience in corporate law in the job market context of India

- Strong knowledge of Indian corporate law, regulations, and legal procedures

- Excellent legal drafting and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- High level of attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively

- Membership in the Bar Council of India is preferred
