Retail Head - Luxury/Jewelry/Fashion Retail (10-18 yrs)

Job Overview: We are seeking Retail Head, who will be overseeing all aspects of a retail operation, including sales, staff management, inventory control, customer service, merchandising, and overall store performance, with primary responsibility for developing and executing strategies to maximize profitability and achieve business objectives within a retail environment; this often involves leading a team of store managers and collaborating with other departments like marketing and finance to drive sales and optimize customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

- Develop and implement comprehensive retail strategies aligned with company goals, analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

Operational Management:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple retail stores, ensuring smooth functioning, adherence to company policies, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Sales Performance:

- Monitor and drive sales performance across all stores, setting sales targets, analyzing sales data, and implementing strategies to boost revenue.

Staff Leadership:

- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing retail team, providing coaching, performance feedback, and career development opportunities.

Inventory Management:

- Manage inventory levels, optimizing stock rotation, minimizing stock discrepancies, and collaborating with suppliers to ensure product availability.

Merchandising:
