Senior Associate - Capital Markets Practice - Law Firm (4-6 yrs)

1. Experience & Expertise: 5+ years of PQE in capital markets transactions, including IPOs, rights issues, QIPs, and debt offerings, gained at a leading law firm. Strong understanding of SEBI regulations and securities law. Proven ability to independently manage complex transactions and provide strategic advice to clients.

2. Business Acumen: A commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, grow client relationships, and offer practical, business-oriented solutions.
