Job Description

    Strategic Leadership
    - Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the ServiceNow Practice in alignment with organizational goals and ServiceNow capabilities.
    - Drive the co-curation of new products and solutions tailored for GCCs, fostering innovation and efficiency.
    NOW Centers of Excellence (COEs):
    - Oversee the establishment and management of NOW COEs in GCCs, ensuring seamless integration with ServiceNow best practices.
    - Lead Consulting and Seed Teams to accelerate the setup and operation of COEs, driving high-quality service delivery.
    Staff Augmentation Services:
    - Implement and manage ServiceNow staff augmentation services for GCCs in India, ensuring flexible capacity and rapid resource deployment.
    - Optimize resource allocation to accelerate project delivery and meet dynamic business demands effectively.
    Talent Management:
    - Recruit, train, and manage a team of high-caliber professionals, specifically NOW-trained employees for GCC COEs.
    - Foster a culture of continuous learning and development to ensure the team stays ahead of industry trends.
    Re-platforming Initiative:
    - Oversee the strategic re-platforming of service delivery to the NOW platform, consolidating the entire service portfolio on NOW Global Business Services (GBS).
    - Ensure a unified and connected end-to-end experience for customers, optimizing operational efficiency.
    Experience and Requirements:
    - Proven experience in a leadership role within the IT services industry, with a focus on ServiceNow solutions and GCC operations.
    - Strong understanding of Global Capability Centers, staff augmentation, and project delivery in a multinational context.
    - Demonstrated success in establishing and scaling NOW Centers of Excellence.
    - Excellent strategic planning and execution skills.
    - Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
    - Effective communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science engineering or certification in related fields
- Masters in Business Administration will be a plus
