SAP EWM Functional Consultant - Implementation & Support (5-7 yrs)

We are seeking a SAP EWM Functional Consultant with 5+ years of experience in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).

The role involves leading end-to-end SAP EWM implementations, supporting projects, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations through SAP EWM customization and integration with other SAP modules.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage end-to-end SAP EWM implementations and support projects.

- Configure and customize SAP EWM processes including Goods Receipt, Inspection, Deconsolidation, Physical Inventory, Replenishment, Wave Processing, Picking/Packing, Shipping, and Inspection.

- Ensure seamless integration of SAP EWM with other SAP modules like SD, MM, TM, PP, and QM.

- Work as a subject matter expert (SME) in the SAP EWM domain, providing insights on business process design and system architecture.

- Write Functional Specifications and Configuration Documents for business processes.

- Support Business Users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide training as needed.

- Prepare detailed functional documentation to ensure smooth project execution.

- Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams for successful SAP EWM deployment.

- Provide analytical insights and recommendations to optimize warehouse management processes.

- Work independently in client-facing roles within a consulting environment.

Skills & Qualifications Required :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP EWM implementation and support.

- Minimum 1 full-cycle SAP EWM implementation and at least 2 support projects.

- Expertise in SAP EWM processes including Goods Receipt, Inspection, Deconsolidation, Wave Processing, Picking/Packing, and Shipping.

- Strong knowledge of SAP EWM system design and variant configuration.

- Understanding of integration points with other SAP modules (MM, SD, FI, CO, TM, PP).

- Proficiency in writing Functional Specifications, Configuration Documents, and UAT support.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

- Experience in client-facing consulting roles with strong stakeholder management
