Staff Engineer - Javascript Full Stack Development (7-10 yrs)

We are looking for a Javascript Fullstack Staff Engineer with 7-10 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore.

The role requires expertise in full-stack development, with a strong focus on React, Node.js, Docker, and Microservices Architecture (MSA).

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement highly responsive UI components using React.js.

- Architect and build scalable and high-performance enterprise applications.

- Design and develop RESTful APIs using Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

- Optimize front-end performance and ensure seamless UI/UX experiences.

- Work with NoSQL databases and manage data structures for TypeScript.

- Automate build and deployment processes using CI/CD pipelines.

- Implement authentication mechanisms such as JWT and OAuth.

- Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Integrate API gateways like 3Scale for improved API management.

- Work with message queues such as Kafka, AWS, or Microsoft Azure.

- Develop and maintain front-end code using Styled Components, Tailwind CSS, and Material UI.

- Perform debugging, monitoring, and performance tuning for applications.

- Ensure code quality through unit testing frameworks like Jest, Enzyme, and Jasmine.

- Follow best practices in software development, including version control (Git, npm, yarn).

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with GraphQL is a plus.

- Exposure to banking or retail domains is beneficial.

- Understanding of Single-Sign-On (SSO) and token-based authentication.

- Knowledge of linter libraries such as TSLINT, Prettier
