Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Transformation Strategy (5-9 yrs)

Skills required:

- Outstanding core consulting skills - i.e., analytical, primary, and secondary research, presentation, and modelling (superior PowerPoint and Excel), including logical structuring and storytelling.

- Outstanding analytical (qualitative and quantitative), research, and presentation skills

- Ability to think creatively and apply logical structuring to complex problems.

- Ability to synthesize large sets of information, extract insights, and develop recommendations.

- Ability to think orthogonally to prevailing views and comfort with challenging orthodoxies.

- Prior experience in strategy development for top tier companies and/or with top strategy consultancy

- Excellent strategic thinking and knowledge of strategy development, competitive strategy, and scenario planning

- Self-accountable for ensuring that results are achieved; deliver work in a timely matter with minimal errors and guidance.

- Strong interpersonal, communication and team building skills.

- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

- Ability to lead work threads independently in a team, manage small engagements or parts of large engagements.

- Prior experience of different ideation and problem-solving techniques such as design thinking, lateral thinking, critical thinking, etc. is a plus.

- Ability to work well under pressure and act in utmost confidentiality with sensitive information.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in business / finance / technology from a Tier I / Premier Tier II institution or comparable international institutions

- Relevant Consulting / Strategy based work experience between 6 to 9 years

- Knowledge or certification in artificial intelligence, automation, semantic analytics, visualization technologies is a plus.
