Team Lead/Assistant Manager - Business Transformation - SaaS (4-9 yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented consultant to join our client's team and play a key role in implementing and transforming finance functions. You will partner with clients to assess their current state, design and implement improvements, and ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth analysis of client finance functions, including processes, systems, and controls.

- Partner with stakeholders to define target operating models and develop transformation roadmaps.

- Design and implement solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

- Recommend and support the adoption of new technologies, such as ERP systems, cloud solutions, and robotic process automation (RPA).

- Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets.

- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, from finance teams to senior management.

- Develop and deliver training materials to ensure user adoption of new processes and systems.

- Manage change effectively and mitigate risks.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in finance transformation or a relevant field

- Proven experience in process improvement methodologies.

- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and best practices.

- Experience with financial systems and technologies (ERP, cloud, etc.) is a plus.

- Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
