Product Manager - Strategy & Roadmap (5-7 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our product strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring that our offerings align with customer needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research and customer insights.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver high-quality products.

- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities for innovation.

- Prioritize product features and initiatives based on business impact and customer value.

- Develop detailed product requirements and user stories.

- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product development.

- Define success metrics and measure product performance post-launch.

- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

- 3+ years of experience in product management or a related field.

- Strong understanding of agile development methodologies.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Ability to translate complex ideas into clear and actionable plans.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Google Analytics, Tableau).

- Familiarity with UX/UI principles and customer experience best practices.

- Understanding of software development processes and technologies.

- Strong project management and organizational skills.
