Workday Functional Consultant (December Joiners Only)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Workday HCM Integration Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday implementation and/or support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying integrations, reports, and enhancements to meet business requirements. This role requires strong technical expertise and a proactive approach to problem-solving and production support.

Key Responsibilities :

Integration Development :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy integrations using various tools such as EIBs, Core Connector Workers (CCW), Studio, PICOF, and PECI.

Technical Specifications :

- Create detailed technical design specifications to guide integration and development processes.

Custom Reporting :

- Develop and maintain custom reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with business requirements.

Business Process & Security Configuration :

- Configure and optimize Workday business processes and security settings to align with organizational needs.

Production Support :

- Provide timely incident resolution and production support, ensuring system reliability and performance.

Collaboration :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday HCM implementation and/or support.

- Proficiency in Workday integration tools : EIBs, CCW, Studio, PICOF, and PECI.

- Strong technical skills in SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, and Java.

- Demonstrated ability to create various types of custom reports with minimal supervision.

- Solid understanding of business process configuration and security within Workday.

- Experience resolving incidents and providing production support in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to plan and execute tasks in a structured and organized manner.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Workday Extend and Workday Prism Analytics.

- Familiarity with additional Workday modules and advanced reporting tools.

- Workday certifications in relevant areas (Integration, Reporting, HCM).
