Workday Technical Consultant (3-12 yrs)

Job Description :

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in designing & developing custom apps using Workday Extend.

- Strong understanding of cloud SaaS architecture principles and integration patterns

- Proficient in building Extend Applications or delivering complex Workday integrations in global deployment environments

- Demonstrating strong background and familiarity with: API concepts (SOAP & REST), XML, XSLT 3.0, JSON, oAuth 2.0, encryption/secure transfers methods.

- Strong expertise in Workday Studio, Report as a Service, WQL, WWS and Workday REST API, PMD Scripting, Graph API (nice to have), Workday Connectors, EIBs and DT.

- Demonstrating familiarity with Workday HCM, Benefits, Talent Management, Recruiting and Security configuration or hands-on experience with testing functional aspects of delivered solutions.

- Good understanding of security and data privacy standards, data governance

- Extend app/Integration systems development standards and best practices.

- Knowledge & experience of Prism analytics (added advantage)
