Customer Relationship Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct retention calls to nurture relationships with existing customers and promote repeat purchases.
• Proactively reach out to customers who abandoned their checkouts, offering assistance and encouraging them to complete their orders.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries on Instagram, WhatsApp, and email.
• Provide clear, helpful, and timely resolutions to customer concerns, ensuring a positive brand experience.
• Gather and document customer testimonials to highlight positive experiences and success stories, contributing to the brands credibility and growth.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of potential customers.
• Share actionable insights and data with the sales manager to support targeted sales strategies and business decisions.
• Manage and oversee customer messaging and email journeys, ensuring they are engaging, personalized, and aligned with the brands voice.
• Handle customer complaints related to shipping and coordinate with logistics partners to ensure quick and effective resolution.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-3 years in a customer service, relationship management or similar role.
• Experience in e-commerce, CRM tools, or startup environments is a preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, with proficiency in English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect with people and build strong relationships.
• Should be Empathetic and having customer-first approach to understand and address client needs.
• Proficiency in social media platforms, WhatsApp, and email communication tools.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, ensuring efficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to think on your feet and deliver effective solutions.
