About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly creative Senior Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering innovative and sophisticated designs, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in residential and commercial interior design projects.

As a Senior Interior Designer, you will lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring the perfect blend of creativity, functionality, and attention to detail which meets project requirements and timelines. You will collaborate closely with ,stakeholders, and project teams to bring innovative ideas to life and deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

Design Leadership:

• Oversee and drive the entire design process, from initial concept development to final execution, ensuring a balance of creativity, functionality, and feasibility.
• Develop comprehensive design presentations, including mood boards, material selections, and 3D visualizations.
• Stay informed about the latest trends, materials, and technologies in interior design to deliver cutting-edge concepts.
• Ensure that all designs align with the project vision, objectives and the brand identity

Project Oversight:

• Manage all aspects of residential and commercial design projects, including planning, coordination, and execution.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Conduct regular site visits to oversee progress, ensure compliance with design specifications, and address any challenges.
• Work closely with procurement teams to source appropriate materials, furnishings, and décor elements that align with design objectives.
• Prepare and review construction drawings and technical documentation for accuracy and completeness.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and vendors, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, providing updates and addressing feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of materials and furniture.

Experience and Qualification

• Bachelors degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience managing residential and commercial interior design projects.
• Strong understanding of space planning, ergonomics, and user experience principles.
• Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp.
• In-depth knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture sourcing.
• Experience in preparing technical drawings, BOQs, and construction documentation.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
