About the Role:

Join our team to drive critical real estate project funding initiatives, where you'll lead the preparation of financial models, valuations, and key documents. You’ll collaborate with external agencies and financial institutions to secure funding, while also managing transactions independently. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance and timely execution. Your Key Responsibilities:

Fund Raising:

• Preparation of Information Memorandum, Financial Model, Valuations, etc for project funding of various real estate projects undertaken by the The House of Abhinandan Lodha
• Coordinating with external agencies such as valuers, lawyers, DD agencies, etc for speedy closure of funding transaction
• Coordinating with banks/ NBFCs / PE Funds for appraisal of loans/equity for project funding
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including legal, financial, and operational advisors, to ensure seamless execution and adherence to timelines
• Should be independently able to manage the transaction at the appropriate level

Monitoring and compliance:

• Responsible for monitoring and compliance of loans availed by company from banks / NBFCs / PE Funds
• Closely work with different departments in collating data for loan purpose
• Regularly share MIS and required information with banks for monitoring purposes

Experience & Education Required:

• CA or MBA (Finance) from a premier management institute
• 3-5 years of experience in fundraising from Banks / NBFCs / Private Equity funds
• Desired Industry Sector: Investment Banks/ Real focused NBFC / Real Estate company / Infra / Manufacturing
  

Key Skills and Attributes:

• Proven experience in closing Debt and Private Equity transactions is essential.
• Must have experience in raising funds from Public Sector Banks.
• Knowledge of Real Estate funding is a valuable asset.
• Strong skills in financial modeling, valuation, and data analysis, with the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities with professionalism and composure.
