About the Role:


As the Executive Assistant to the Group Head, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the executive leadership within our organization. This position demands exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle complex administrative tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and coordination across various functions. Your role will involve managing calendars, arranging travel itineraries, preparing reports, and handling confidential information with integrity and professionalism. Success in this role requires a proactive approach, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize effectively amidst competing demands.


Reporting To: Group Head


Your Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Support - Providing strategic advice and solutions to enhance business efficiency, profitability and overall performance.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality standards are met. Monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics to assess performance and recommend improvements.
  • Financial Analysis: Evaluate financial data and prepare detailed financial reports to support financial planning and decision-making processes.
  • Strategic Planning: Assist in developing and implementing long-term strategic plans aligned with company goals. Analyze market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and business opportunities to inform strategic initiatives.
  • Meeting Management: Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, presentations, and other necessary documents. Compile and analyze data to generate reports for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the organization. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members to support their professional growth and development.
  • Communication and Coordination: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination of activities. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and manage various projects and initiatives as assigned by the Group Head. Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines to ensure timely completion.

Experience & Education Required:


  • Masters degree in business administration or related fields from Tier I College.
  • Proven experience in Corporate Strategy, Growth, Strategy Role, Existing EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT or similar role, with 3-5 years of experience post MBA.
  • Experience in working with C-suite executives or senior management.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.

  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans and initiatives.
