The Lakhani Group is a leading hotel development and construction company, renowned for delivering high-end and complex hospitality projects in collaboration with Wyndham Hotels and Resorts. We are seeking a talented Interior Designer to join our team . This is a full-time, on-site position requiring immediate availability. The ideal candidate will bring 5 to 10 years of proven experience in designing interiors for luxury hotels , a creative approach, and fluent English skills (mandatory) .

- Conceptualize and design interiors for hotel spaces, including guest rooms, lobbies, restaurants, and event areas.
- Prepare detailed drawings, renderings, and 3D visualizations to communicate ideas effectively.
- Collaborate with architects, project managers, and contractors to align designs with project objectives and timelines.
- Select furniture, fixtures, finishes, and materials to meet aesthetic and functional requirements.
- Conduct site visits to oversee installations and ensure design specifications are met.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends and incorporate innovative concepts into projects.
- Prepare mood boards, material samples, and presentations for client reviews.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high quality and meeting deadlines.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes and regulations.
Requirements - Bachelordegree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in designing interiors for luxury hotels or high-end hospitality spaces.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture selection for high-end interiors.
- Excellent creative and visualization skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with teams and present ideas effectively.
- Fluent English (mandatory) ; proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
