Finance Manager (Real Estate)

Required Qualification:

• Chartered Accountant with 5+ years' post qualification experience in Accounts in real estate sector

Role & responsibilities:

• Overview of payables and receivables
• Budgetary control
• Cash flow management
• Ensure the monthly close is complete with all general ledger accounts reconciled and analysed, as appropriate, with variance analysis
• Preparation of financial statements
• Provide management with information vital to the decision-making process
• Assist in audits, MIS reports, and audit responses
• Continuously assess accounting operations, offering recommendations for improvement and implementation of new processes, policies, and procedures, ensuring an efficient operation, maximizing use of technology
• Knowledge of preparing project profitability report and percentage completion of accounting
• Ability to reconcile complex account statements and have excellent attention to detail
• Preparation of GST and TDS Return
• RERA experience
• Preparation of CA certificates, Co-ordination, and preparation of data
