Job Title: Fraud Prevention

Location: Mumbai

What you will do: `

• Fetch and assign the Cases Reported by Vendor in Dashboard
• Review each case and initiate the investigation
• Carry out the Mystery Shopping (Call & Whatsapp SMS)
• Initiate the thorough check on each aspect of the case
• Collect the evidence and arrange in an order
• Prepare a Report on each Case
• Maintain and update the case report in the Dashboard
• Prepare and share show cause notice, Business Reporting Etc
• Initiate the Action for Relevant Cases
• Take the final action
• Prepare and share the reports on Daily/Weekly/Monthly Basis
• Help in ad hoc Activities
• Coordinate with vendor on daily basis for getting the report on timely manner.
