Job Title: Call Quality Assurance (Digital Lending)

Location: Mumbai

What you will do:

1. Monitor and audit outbound sales calls to ensure compliance with Angel Ones quality standards.
2. Provide structured feedback to sales representatives, identifying strengths and improvement areas.
3. Track and analyze performance using quality monitoring systems, ensuring data-driven insights.
4. Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines for customer interactions.
5. Ensuring achieving the assigned monthly audit
6. Provide feedback and quality report with internal team
7. Suggest training needs and developments

Who you are:

1. Minimum 2-4 years of experience in call quality Analysis from Loan Industry is mandatory
2. Grduation is mandatory
3. Possess strong verbal communication skills, with fluency in three languages (proficiency in English, Hindi is desired)
4. You have a strong understanding of outbound sales processes and can effectively monitor and audit interaction
5. Be prompt, courteous, and capable of building rapport with fellow team members
6. You are customer-centric, proactive, and analytical in your approach to improving sales call efficiency
7. Good knowledge of MS Office, databases and information systems
