Job Title: Specialist Brand & Content Marketing

Location: Delhi

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Brand & Content Marketing Specialist to join our digital initiatives team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that engage, inform, and convert our target audience. You will play a key role in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation through high-quality and impactful content.

What you will do:

1. Content Strategy & Planning

• Develop and manage a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
• Create and maintain a content calendar to support marketing campaigns, product launches, and other initiatives.
• Identify content gaps and propose solutions to meet audience needs and preferences.

2. Content Creation & Management

• Write, edit, and proofread content, including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, case studies, emails, landing pages, and social media posts.
• Collaborate with design and multimedia teams to create visually appealing assets, such as infographics and videos.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all content formats and platforms.

3. SEO & Optimization

• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve content visibility and rankings.
• Optimize content for on-page SEO, including meta tags, alt texts, and internal linking.

4. Content Distribution

• Share and promote content across relevant channels, such as social media, email campaigns, and third-party platforms.
• Tailor content for specific channels and audiences to maximize engagement and reach.

5. Analytics & Performance Tracking

• Monitor content performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or HubSpot.
• Analyze key metrics such as traffic, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
• Use data-driven insights to refine content strategies and optimize future campaigns.

6. Collaboration & Teamwork

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and design, to align content with overall marketing goals.
• Coordinate with external writers, freelancers, and agencies as needed.

7. Audience Engagement & Community Building

• Engage with the audience through comments, feedback, and community forums.
• Foster relationships with customers, influencers, and other stakeholders to enhance brand trust and loyalty.

8. Trend Monitoring & Innovation

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging platforms.
• Experiment with new content formats and distribution channels to stay ahead of the curve.

9. Brand Strategy & Positioning:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with business objectives and drives brand growth. Ensure brand messaging is consistent and impactful across all channels.

Who you are:

• 4+ years of experience in Content and Brand.
• Content Creation: Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• SEO Knowledge: Proficiency in SEO strategies, keyword research, and tools
• Analytics Expertise: Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms for performance tracking.
• Technical Skills: Experience with CMS platforms, email marketing tools, and project management software.
• Creativity: Strong ability to conceptualize and execute engaging content ideas.
• Project Management: Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
