Job Title: Specialist - Display & Video Advertising

Location: Delhi NCR

What you will do:

We are seeking a results-driven Display & Video Advertising Specialist to join our digital initiatives team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, optimizing, and analyzing display and video advertising campaigns across various platforms. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions through impactful

visual and video content.

1. Campaign Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute display and video advertising strategies to align with overall marketing objectives.
• Plan and manage programmatic display, video, and native ad campaigns across platforms like Google Display Network, YouTube, and DSPs.
• Identify audience segments, targeting criteria, and budget allocation to maximize ROI.

2. Campaign Execution & Optimization

• Set up, launch, and manage campaigns across display and video advertising platforms.
• Optimize ad placements, formats, and delivery to improve performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, and ROI.
• Monitor campaigns daily, making real-time adjustments to meet KPIs.

3. Creative Collaboration

• Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling visual and video ad creatives that resonate with target audiences.
• Provide guidance on creative specs, messaging, and best practices for display and video ads.

4. Audience Targeting & Segmentation

• Use advanced targeting techniques, such as retargeting, lookalike audiences, and demographic/interest-based segmentation.
• Implement A/B testing for targeting, ad creatives, and ad copy to identify top-performing strategies.

5. Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze campaign performance using platforms like Google Analytics, DV360, or other tools.
• Generate detailed reports on campaign metrics, trends, and insights.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve future campaigns based on data insights.

6. Platform Expertise

• Stay up-to-date with the latest updates and features on platforms like Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook Ads, and programmatic platforms.
• Explore emerging ad formats and trends, such as connected TV (CTV) or interactive video ads.

7. Budget Management

• Plan and manage campaign budgets to ensure cost efficiency while achieving campaign goals.
• Track and report on budget utilization, reallocating funds as necessary to maximize impact.

8. Compliance & Quality Assurance

• Ensure all campaigns adhere to platform policies and brand guidelines.
• Conduct regular audits to maintain ad quality and relevance.

Who you are:

• Platform Expertise: Proficiency with Google Display Network, YouTube Ads, DV360, and other DSPs.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze performance data and derive actionable insights.
• Creative Insight: Understanding of effective visual and video ad design principles.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with tag management tools (e.g., Google Tag Manager), UTM tracking, and conversion tracking setup.
• Campaign Management: Proven experience managing budgets and optimizing campaigns to achieve KPIs.
• Attention to Detail: High accuracy in campaign setup, monitoring, and reporting.
