Job Title: Business Analyst - Growth Team

Location: Mumbai

What you will do:

1. Requirement Gathering & Analysis:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.

- Translate business needs into technical specifications.

2. Data Analysis & Reporting:

- Perform detailed analysis of business and market trends using data tools.

- Generate actionable insights through dashboards, visualizations, and reports.

3. Process Improvement:

- Identify inefficiencies in existing workflows and recommend improvements.

- Design and implement optimized business processes.

4. Collaboration with Teams:

- Work closely with product, sales, and engineering teams to deliver solutions.

- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.

5. Market & Competitor Research:

- Conduct market research to understand SME payment challenges and trends.

- Provide insights to shape product and go-to-market strategies.

Who you are:

1. Education:

- Master's degree (MBA) from Tier-I B-School

- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in fintech Experience

2. Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.

- Understanding of APIs & data models

3. Soft Skills:

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
