Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team.
- You will be responsible for implementing business plans, building client relationships, generating leads, and driving revenue growth within your assigned region.
- This role requires a strong understanding of the medical equipment market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Implement periodic business plans and strategies in line with the organization's vision.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Generate daily leads and ensure consistent follow-up by the team to drive sales progress.
- Organize various sales promotional events to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Conduct regular client visits to generate new business opportunities.
- Maintain strong and consistent revenue generation within the assigned region.
- Lead and manage a team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and Business Development Executives (BDEs).
Key Requirements:
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in business development or sales, preferably within the medical equipment industry.
- Knowledge of the Medical Equipment Market is essential.
- In-depth knowledge of the medical equipment industry and assigned region.
- Strong interpersonal, social, and written communication skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, smart, and eager-to-learn attitude.
- Demonstrated career stability.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
