Zonal Sales Manager - Medical Disposible (3-5 yrs)

A leading manufacturer of medical disposables is seeking a dynamic Zonal Sales Manager to join their team.

This role focuses on driving sales growth, building relationships with distributors and top hospital chains, and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve organizational objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Increase sales across the West region by building and maintaining strong business relationships with distributors and top hospital chains.

- Develop and implement sales plans and marketing strategies to meet and exceed sales objectives on a pan-India level.

- Identify gaps within the sales team and step in to address challenges when necessary.

- Communicate effectively with customers about product updates, portfolio changes, and educational programs.

- Identify new business opportunities and tailor appropriate responses through written, telephone, or in-person interactions.

- Manage new product introductions and cross-sell additional products to current accounts.

- Address and resolve customer issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.

- Participate in sales meetings and professional association events, even outside regular business hours, as required.

- Ensure effective territory management by traveling across the West region.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

- Extensive hands-on sales experience in medical disposables, specifically products like needles, syringes, IV fluids, cannula sets, or sutures.

- Strong background in working with distributors and top hospital chains.

- Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the West region
