.Net Core Lead - ASP/MVC (8-10 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced .NET Core Lead / Team Lead to join our team.

You will be responsible for leading a small team of developers, designing, developing, and maintaining .NET Core applications.

This role requires a strong understanding of .NET Core, ASP.NET, and related technologies, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Experience in the Energy & Power domain is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a small team of developers.

- Design, develop, and maintain .NET Core applications, including REST APIs, Razor Page UI, and MVC development.

- Work with ASP.NET and .NET Framework.

- Implement front-end features using HTML, CSS, jQuery, and JavaScript.

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality.

- Collaborate with other developers, testers, and stakeholders.

- Contribute to technical design documentation and user manuals.

- Provide post-production support for future upgrades and bug fixes.

- Work independently with minimal supervision.

- Troubleshoot and debug applications, identifying and resolving issues.

Skills :

- 3+ years of experience in .NET Core development, including REST APIs, Razor Page UI, and MVC development.

- Experience with ASP.NET and .NET Framework.

- Experience with front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, jQuery, and JavaScript.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Good debugging skills.

- Experience contributing to technical design documentation and user manuals.

- Experience providing post-production support.

- Experience with databases like MSSQL and PostgreSQL.

- Good knowledge of DevOps practices.

- Experience with modern front-end frameworks like React Native and Angular.

- Domain knowledge in the Energy & Power sector
