Senior Fusion/Oracle Finance Functional Analyst (7-12 yrs)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Fusion Oracle Finance Functional Analyst to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be a key player in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials for our clients.

You will leverage your deep understanding of finance and accounting principles, along with your hands-on Oracle ERP experience, to deliver exceptional solutions.

Job Purpose/Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into detailed functional specifications.

- Conduct workshops and interviews to gather and document business processes and requirements related to Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.

- Design and configure Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials modules (AR, AP, GL) to meet client needs.

- Create functional specifications for customizations and integrations, providing clear guidance to the technical development team.

- Support the technical team during the development and implementation phases.

- Develop and maintain financial reports using Oracle reporting tools.

- Create and manage custom reports to provide valuable insights to stakeholders.

- Nice to have : Experience with developing supply chain and HCM reports.

- Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure the quality and functionality of implemented solutions.

- Perform system integration testing and user acceptance testing.

- Resolve testing defects.

- Provide functional support to clients during and after implementation.

- Conduct training sessions for end-users.

- Support the sales team with demonstrations and solution design.

- Create detailed functional design documents, test scripts, and user manuals.

Experience & Qualifications :

- Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle ERP, specifically in AR, AP, and GL modules.

- Proven experience in building complex financial reports.

- Nice to have : Experience building Supply Chain and HCM reports.

- Nice to have : Past work experience in Finance and Accounting.

- Nice to have: Past work experience in developing software products.

- Strong understanding of Accounting Principles (GAAP).

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficient in documenting functional requirements and specifications.

- Nice to have : Oracle ERP Cloud certifications.

- Nice to have : Azure Boards and SDLC knowledge.

Education :

- Min 4-year Graduate degree

- CPA or Cost Accountant, B Com background is a plus
