About the Role:

- Are you a results-oriented program manager with a passion for bringing order to complex projects, especially in the fintech or banking industry? We are seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to join our team in Bangalore.

- In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with evolving tax regulations across various countries, while leading and managing the technical execution of critical projects.

Responsibilities:

- Technical Program Management:

- Develop and manage comprehensive program plans, including roadmaps, timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

- Identify and assess project risks, developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans.

- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams, including engineering, tax, and leadership.

- Monitor project progress and address roadblocks proactively, ensuring timely and successful project completion.

- Gather, analyze, and report on project data to provide key stakeholders with project status updates.

Technical Understanding & Compliance Expertise:

- Possess a strong understanding of software development lifecycles and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.

- While not required to code daily, the ability to comprehend technical architecture and identify potential vulnerabilities or technical gaps is essential.

- Work closely with the tax group to ensure compliance with evolving tax regulations across various countries.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in fintech and regulatory compliance.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).

- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in technical program management or a related role.

- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
