Aviso - Program Manager - Product Strategy - Sales Operations & Revenue Operations (7-10 yrs)

About the role:

The Program Manager is responsible for collaboratively developing and independently tracking activities associated with product requirements, tracking roadmap status, Quality efforts, documentation and Continuous improvement of process. The Program Manager is responsible for ensuring new products and major product enhancements are successful. This role reports to the VP of Products.

What are we looking for:

- Project Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure successful project execution.

- Tracking and Monitoring: Responsible for tracking tasks and timelines and driving the project forward. Track progress and communicate updates to the project team and stakeholders.

- Risk Management: Manage program risks, escalations, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution.

- Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with project stakeholders, providing regular status updates, progress reports, and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

- Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards. Assist in developing and refining key metrics to measure the success of product initiatives and program delivery.

- Change Management: Handle project changes and scope adjustments, assessing their impact on project timelines and resources. Implement change management procedures to minimize disruptions.

- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and meeting records.

- Continuous Improvement: Analyze project performance and outcomes to identify areas for improvement. Utilize lessons learned to enhance future project planning and execution.

- Team Player: Work with cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Clearly communicate project goals, roles, and responsibilities to team members.

Qualifications :

- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects with product teams in SAAS Space

- 7 to 10 years of experience in program management in Sales Ops / Revops / Sales Enablement companies is compulsory

- Experience working in AI, machine learning, or revenue intelligence platforms ( Preferable)

- Strong communication skills - both oral and written

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make timely decisions under pressure.

- Familiarity with risk management practices and change management principles.
