Job Description
Training Needs Analysis
Collaborate with laboratory managers and department heads to identify specific training needs related to diagnostic and laboratory services.
Conduct competency assessments to address skill gaps and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Program Development and Implementation
Develop and deliver specialized training programs focused on laboratory techniques, diagnostic procedures, and quality standards.
Create training content that adheres to industry standards such as NABL, ISO, or CAP guidelines.
Incorporate technical, safety, and regulatory requirements into training modules.
Compliance and Certification
Ensure employees are trained on regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and laboratory safety protocols.
Partner with external agencies to provide certification programs when necessary
Employee Development
Conduct soft skills training for customer service, team collaboration, and patient interaction.
Develop career progression and upskilling plans for laboratory and diagnostic staff.
Evaluation and Reporting
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
Generate reports to track training participation and compliance status.
Technology Integration
Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to manage and deliver training programs.
Leverage e-learning tools for remote training and onboarding
Collaboration and Coordination
Work closely with Quality Assurance, Operations, and Compliance teams to align training objectives.
Coordinate with external trainers or vendors for technical training, as needed.
