Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager with 4-6 years of experience to oversee project planning, execution, and delivery within scope, budget, and timelines. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and leadership skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and deliver successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
• Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Communicate project status, updates, and challenges to stakeholders and leadership.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure project alignment with expectations.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate change management processes.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and implementing lessons learned.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Trello, MS Project, or Asana.
• Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Ability to identify and manage project risks effectively.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and IT-related projects is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master) is preferred.
• Proven track record of managing projects in a professional environment.
• Hands-on experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
