Job Description Purchase Executive

Working days: 6 days working (Monday Saturday)

Shift Timings: 9 AM-6:30 PM

Office location: D-4/1, Phase-II, Okhla Industrial Area, Delhi South Delhi DL 110020 IN

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers, ensuring mutual benefit.
• Handle national and international suppliers.
• Explore and implement cost-saving opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure continuity and quality.
• Assess and mitigate risks associated with national and global procurement activities

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Pharmacy.
• 1-2 years of proven experience in procurement, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle multiple vendors efficiently.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
• Solid organizational and time management skills.
• Preference for candidates based in Delhi NCR.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
