Job Description: Marketing Manager

Working days:

  • 6 days working
  • 2nd and 4th Saturday fixed off

Shift Timings: 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Office location: 1, Mathura Rd, Block A, DLF Industrial Area, Sector 32, Faridabad, Haryana

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute brand positioning strategies to differentiate the medical devices in the market.
  • Lead the development of comprehensive launch plans for new devices, including presentations, product brochures, and other collateral.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for live product demos and in-person presentations to healthcare providers.
  • Plan and manage participation in medical device conferences, exhibitions, and trade shows.
  • Develop printed materials such as brochures, catalogs, data sheets, and case studies to support the sales team.
  • Collaborate with dealers and distributors, offering marketing support like co-branded materials, training, and promotional campaigns.
  • Conduct offline market research through focus groups, customer feedback, and competitive analysis to understand market needs.
  • Use data to refine marketing strategies and product positioning.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across platforms (social media, websites, email, SEO, etc.).
  • Optimize online presence to target healthcare professionals, hospitals, and decision-makers in the medical field.
  • Create and manage content like blogs, white papers, videos, and infographics relevant to medical devices, targeting both healthcare providers and patients.
  • Use data-driven insights to personalize emails and improve engagement.
  • Manage the company's social media channels creating content that builds brand credibility and engages healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure the company's website is user-friendly, informative, and compliant with medical device regulations.
  • Adjust strategies based on data to optimize online marketing efforts.
  • Ensure all online materials are reviewed for regulatory compliance (especially in a highly regulated industry like medical devices).
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align online marketing efforts with sales targets and lead generation goals.

Requirements and skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Masters preferred).
  • Relevant certifications in digital marketing or offline marketing strategies.
  • 3-6 years of experience in both online (digital marketing, social media) and offline (print media, events) marketing roles.
  • Knowledge of search engine optimization and search engine marketing strategies.
  • Expertise in managing platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter with
  • knowledge of paid advertising.
  • Ability to develop and promote engaging content across websites, blogs, and social media.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other online advertising platforms.
  • Experience organizing and promoting offline events, trade shows, and in-store promotions.
  • Understanding of print advertising, brochures, outdoor advertising, and PR campaigns.
  • Ability to design and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with company goals.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams (sales, product development, design) to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • Ability to come up with creative, impactful marketing ideas that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Ability to adjust strategies based on market trends and changes in the digital landscape.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, especially in dealing with marketing challenges and customer insights.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making abilities, and initiative to drive projects forward independently
