Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities:

1) Campaign Development: Plan, create, and execute innovative ATL and BTL marketing campaigns that align with the company's objectives and target audience.

2) Market Research: Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, preferences, and competitive landscape to inform campaign strategies.

3) Content Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content for various

marketing channels, including print, digital, social media, events, and more.

4) Media Planning: Manage media buying and public relations efforts, overseeing relationships with media agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure effective campaign reach.

5) Event Management: Organize and coordinate promotional events, trade shows, and product launches, ensuring a consistent brand experience.

6) Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, preparing reports to assess effectiveness and recommending adjustments as needed.

7) Budget Management: Assist in budgeting and allocation for various marketing initiatives, ensuring optimal resource utilization.

8) Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.

9) Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing to continuously enhance strategies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

- 2-4 years of experience in marketing with a focus on both ATL and BTL strategies.

- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns across various channels.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms is a plus.
