Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Lead recruitment efforts to attract high-quality talent aligned with organizational needs and culture.
• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies, including sourcing, interviewing and selection of candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
• Determine selection criteria
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
• Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirements
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

Competencies Required for the Role

1. HR Functional Expertise:

• Demonstrates in-depth knowledge and expertise in talent acquisition, training, development, organization development, and compliance.
• Keeps updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in HR.

2. Communication and Relationship Building:

• Exhibits strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates, employees, and stakeholders.

3. Problem-Solving and Decision-Making:

• Possesses excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions based on data and analysis.

Preferred candidate profile - Experience in BFSI Industry is must.
