Job Description
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities :
- Provide Internal and External Directors with a central point of contact for board related queries
- Set up, manage and monitor centralised mailbox for all board related queries
- Manage board and governance calendars, drive activity in accordance with governance schedules e. g. reviews of director fees
- Ensure any regulatory deadlines are not missed and support the completion of questionnaires from the CBI and CSSF, normally within short deadlines.
- Support the turnaround of urgent approvals from the business (e. g. dealing waivers and cost approvals)
- Assist Company Secretarial providers to navigate our complex firm, able to work with the accountable owners and source information on a timely basis.
- Enable us to consolidate and provide consistent AIFM reporting within the Lux Manco currently sitting across Conducting Officers for Finance, Portfolio Management, Operations and Distribution
- Provide a central point of contact for all AM Board assistance
Key Job Personal Skills :
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, and able to liaise effectively with personnel at all levels
- Experience in data gathering and analysis
- Well organised and shaving structured approach
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Proactivity, enthusiasm and a desire to learn in order to make a real difference
- Effective time management, ability to prioritise and organisational skills to ensure deadlines are met
- Willingness to be flexible
- Works well both individually and within a team
- Ability to follow tasks and projects through until completion/full delivery
- A drive to complete tasks to a high standard
- Quick learner
Experience :
- Good understanding and knowledge of complex funds would be advantageous
- Experience of building relationships across the business coordinating with different teams
- Experience of managing both internal external stakeholder queries promptly to resolution
- Ideally 2 years experience in Financial Services
Educational Qualification :
- Graduate in any discipline (Finance would be advantageous)
