Manager- Fund Manager Assistant Support

• Cash and treasury management to facilitate drawdown and distributions / Asset repayments /ICAV subscription or redemptions in conjunction with Deputy Fund Manager.
• Management of Fund extension and termination for matured funds by supporting with preparation of various documentation, facilitation of shareholder consent with TPAs, liaison with external lawyers.
• Oversight of Investment level performance calculations and investment management fee costs.
• Assist in the Quarterly valuations process of the underlying assets and co-ordinating monthly collections of prices.
• Analysis and oversight of NAV packs and financial reporting produced by TPA.
• Ensure data on systems are accurate and robust to enable efficient portfolio management and data retrieval.
• To be the single point of contact for TPAs (Admin, Accounting, Depositary and Custody) for producing data and reporting e.g. ad-hoc client queries .
• Host Bi-weekly management catchup to help support oversight of the funds.
• Assist with raising deals and posting trades for Investments (private and public transactions) and confirming FX trades as necessary, including unwinds for matured/ sold assets.
• Lead the Invoicing process and ensuring the delivery timelines are met by TPA.
• Assist in the audit requirements by liaising with internal and external teams and produce IM papers for Annual FS.
• Support bespoke KYC requests and work with M&G loan closing team (AAO).
• Ad-hoc queries and reporting requests are analysed and handled effectively.
• Participate in projects to improve information and reporting for fund managers and clients and assist in the streamlining of processes.
• Must be self-motivated with ability to prioritise own workload to meet team and business deadlines.
