The Internal Audit Department provides the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors with an independent and objective assessment of the reliability and integrity of financial and operating information, the effectiveness and efficiency of Accenture plc and its consolidated subsidiaries' (the "Company") systems and internal controls, and compliance with the Company's policies and procedures. Internal Audit Services also provides advisory services designed to add value and improve the Company's operations through bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness governance, risk management and control processes.

You Are:

An agile, highly-motivated, innovative thinker with a problem-solving mindset having a background in audit, risk, and compliance and looking to join a fast-paced, global internal audit organization that has embraced transformative capabilities including advanced analytics, dynamic risk assessment processes, and automation to retain its role as a trusted advisor to the business. This role is focused on supporting global audit operations and does not include performing internal audits.

Overview of role:

The Internal Audit Operations Analyst supports the global Internal Audit department with day-to-day operations, quality assurance and improvement, internal monitoring, reporting and budgeting. An ideal candidate would possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to multitask and prioritize, be proactive, responsive, and timely, and have flexibility to work with teams across multiple time zones.


Qualifications

The Work:

Timely prepare, collate and distribute materials for internal and external meetings.

Maintain online repositories of audit calendar, team schedule and PTOs, travel arrangements, training calendars, project trackers, etc. on Microsoft Teams/SharePoint sites.

Schedule meetings with senior leadership within Accenture and manage meeting logistics, agenda, and prior minutes.

Liaison with Global Mobility and travel desk for arranging visas, tickets, hotel bookings, taxis, and manage travel logistics.

Support in recruiting activities by liaising with HR to schedule candidate interviews and logistics.

Provide procurement and accounts payables support for conferences registrations, trainings, vendor management, office supplies, technology equipment maintenance, etc.

IT enablement and access provisioning for new joiners and contractors.

Coordinate logistics, facilities, agenda, speakers, vendors, etc. for team trainings, meetings and event.

Provide administrative support on data reporting, scorecards, budget reporting, etc.

Ability to execute Internal audit (IA) Operations tasks and new IA initiatives with guidance from seniors.

Explores creative solutions to solve problems, participates in departmental initiatives and makes recommendations to improve IA operations.

Desired Skills and
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess 3-4 years relevant experience with a large multinational or professional services firm supporting senior executives.

Having worked in a challenging environment providing support to multiple remote teams based in international locations will be an added advantage.

Undergraduate degree from a reputed university.

A Masters degree or an MBA is desirable but not mandatory for candidates with relevant work experience.

High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
