About the Role:
- We are looking for a strategic and growth-focused Account Manager with a holistic understanding of marketing strategy, client engagement, and team leadership.

- The ideal candidate should have experience in marketing strategy planning, performance marketing, brand building, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring that marketing initiatives are data-driven, creative, and aligned with business objectives.
- This role also demands strong communication, team management, and problem-solving skills to drive successful client engagements.
Responsibilities:
- Client & Account Management - Serve as the primary marketing consultant for clients, understanding their business goals and growth challenges.
- Develop integrated marketing strategies, including brand awareness, acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Drive marketing performance beyond paid media, ensuring alignment across content, CRM, email, SEO, and social.
- Actively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, aligning marketing strategies with client needs.
- Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring seamless execution and goal achievement.
- Marketing Strategy & Planning - Develop full-funnel marketing strategies, integrating paid, owned, and earned media.
- Align digital campaigns with business objectives, brand positioning, and customer journeys.
- Guide the development of messaging frameworks, creative concepts, and content strategies.
- Plan and manage multi-channel marketing budgets, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Paid Media & Growth Execution.
- Work alongside media buyers to optimize advertising strategies, but also leverage organic growth strategies.
- Oversee the execution of data-driven campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Integrate paid media efforts with organic, SEO, email marketing, and offline marketing for full-funnel impact.
