AMTY Global is looking for an HR Manager for our new office in Sector 137, Noida. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding.
• Handle payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Develop and implement employee engagement and training programs.
• Address employee concerns and foster a positive work environment.
• Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation.
• Assist in performance management and appraisals.
• Coordinate with management to improve HR processes and policies.
